Once you had the microphone to the positive voice, you begin to see the impact on each aspect of your life. Although the negative one refuses to be silenced, it can be muffled by the other. Re-learning this skill is what I am most thankful to 2020 for.
Relationship Re-Runs
While I can understand re-watching a fantastic series or movie, why would we choose to re-hash a messy or complicated relationship? Why reconnect with someone who, six months ago, you would have laughed at the thought of ever being with again?
Is it because we are grasping at a sense of control? In desperate need to know how the story will end before it beings?
